I did like my Knomo bag but the zip…
I did like my Knomo bag but the zip broke when I was travelling for work exposing a lot of cash and when I contacted them, I had zero response. There is no customer service at all.

Non-existant customer service
Impossible to get in contact with customer support. No phone numbers, no web chats. Just one hard to find email address that comes with a disclaimer stating they have trouble with their email system. Which indeed they seem to have since I haven't gotten an answer yet.
Ordered my bag and paid over $200 plus…
Ordered my bag and paid over $200 plus for it. The teeth on the zipper fell apart on both sides. There is NO customer service email or telephone number that works. Multiple emails sent but no response. Please do not buy this bag. Quality is horrible and so is there customer service. And the laugh is this review is going to be forwarded to the same useless email that they have on their website.
Bad quality, worse customer service
Bought the Cromwell Roll Top Backpack for 14" laptops in October last year.
After very occasional use (less than once a week on average), the material and stitching around the zip is pealing off, the magnets don't close any more and the bag looks completely worn.
Very disappointing for a bag retailing at £129.
Meanwhile, getting a response from Knomo on the above is proving impossible. Twitter DMs or repeated emails to customer service have all been left unanswered.
In short, bad quality products and worse customer service. Cannot recommend.
Ordered a bag for my wife’s birthday
I ordered a bag for my wife’s birthday. I payed for it in the Knomo online shop. The order was confirmed but there was no follow-up. After a week I politely asked if they could give me an estimated date of deliverance. They answered that the bag couldn’t be delivered caused by a rare coincidence that the same bag was ordered twice at the same time. They offered me an alternative by the same bag but in black in stead of brown. Now I had to ruin the surprise because I wasn’t sure if my wife would fancy a black bag. But I was lucky, she did. So I replied that I would accept the black alternative.
You can imagine my disappointment that Knomo replied they couldn’t deliver that one either. That it would probably take 5(!) more months before they could. They offered my to pick some other bag out of their collection. Yeah right, to be disappointed for the third time?
I will find myself an other more reliable brand to purchase a bag although it won’t be in time for my wife’s birthday. Thanks Knomo-London and goodbye.

Still waiting to receive my order....
Still waiting to receive my order. Had to chase up with them via instagram to be told they had a system outage so the order hadn't been processed (still managed to take the funds from my account though). I was assured bag was sent on express delivery, I didn't receive the tracking info until 24h later (today) and it's not even on it's way yet - 'tracking hasn't been updated' Disappointing. Hoping the bag lives up to my expectations when it finally arrives but not holding out much hope. When you're paying £200+ for a work bag, you don't expect shoddy customer service/processes.

Faulty bag - zero customer service
My bag developed a fault with the zip after using it handful of times (it doesn’t latch together) - emailed customer service three times over a month detailing issue and sending pics as directed on website. Had ZERO response.
Great bags
Great bags! I had a defect and they replaced the bag for me with no problem. A very lovely and genuine customer service team

Recently purchased a bag from Knomo…
Recently purchased a bag from Knomo which looks bigger in the pictures available on their site. They have a point that the measurements are stated on the website but I’m not one to get my Stanley out before purchasing a bag and I’m sold on the images. It cost me £4.20 to return the bag. For the amount the products cost, their target market and the fact most businesses do not charge to return a product, I’m surprised that the customer is liable to pay the return.
I do however, rate their bags highly. They’re well though through and the quality is great. Admittedly, my Knomo bags are the ones I find myself going to the most because they add simplicity into my life.
Such a shame about the return policy though.

£99 rucksack lasted a few months
Bought a backpack for our son in October 2020. Due to large periods of home schooling since then, the backpack has hardly been used. Both zips broke on the bag in May (came off of the other track) and since then, we have been arguing with Knomo and House of Fraser, where we purchased it, requesting a replacement. "As the bag was bought in 2020, it is out of product warranty" has been the response. Am refusing to accept that and will pursue it. Will post an update when we have an outcome. In the meantime, I have tried to repair the zip but the zips are made from such soft metal that they have now both broken. Unacceptable for a bag costing £99.

Knomo Amesbury brief case
Bought a Knomo brief case about 5 years ago. After daily use, a small clip on the strap broke, entirely my fault I pulled way to hard it when the clip was caught. Called Knomo and explained what I'd done and that it was my fault. I asked if it was possible to buy a new clip to fix the strap. Due to lock down they said they'd have to check if it was available, but would get back to me . Two days later a whole new strap arrived through the post free of charge. Brilliant product, brilliant company, outstanding customer service

Knomobags iPhone and iPad Cases Wear Terribly
Knomobags undoubtedly create lovely looking products.It's unfortunate that their iPhone and iPad cases wear terribly. Specifically the cracking and splitting on the hard plastic corners which is a definite design flaw. The company itself seem not to want to take responsibility for this flaw which I assume is common. Knomobags customer service was not satisfactory and now if I want an item to last for the long-term I'll purchase elsewhere.
great bags, appalling customer service
they have nice bags. lovely designs. full of compartments and pockets to get all your staff organised. the quality of the bags is also good, but i have to say that i had to return one due to an aesthetic fault.
my partner got three bags from them and love them, so i decided to give them a try.
the first issue came when I had to return the faulty bag. no drop-off option, just collection by courier. the online chat is useless. one out
of five times i managed to reach them. i was kept on queue for over 90 minutes in one occasion with no answer at. when they answer, you quickly realised they are not trained to provide customer service. they do not reply to emails in time either. so you end up with a telephone service so you cannot get any kind of evidence from the conversation. i rang them once and the service wasn’t great either.
summarising, great products, appalling customer service. not at all easy return process. no follow-up. this is an example of a small company which want to run too fast before they even know how to walk safely...
if you are lucky and you get a fault-free bag so you don’t have to deal with customer service, good deal; otherwise, good luck...

Selling what they don't have
I placed an order for an iPhone 5 case. The website took my order and said it would be despatched in 2-3 day. Two weeks later I chased the order only to be informed that the cases have not yet arrived in stock and will be a further three weeks. No emails or notifications of the delays or stock levels - very poor service.
